We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at TOMRA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of cleaning contractors to ensure that our assets in the field are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key operational deficiencies in the performance of contractors, site conditions, and relationships with site stakeholders
  • Work closely with the management team to implement improvement strategies designed to promote the customer experience
  • Maintain a strong customer-focused relationship with our partners and support with resolving any operational, safety issues that arise in relation to our Return Points on a site-by-site basis
  • Oversee the training of contractors and staff and ensure benchmarks for cleanliness, safety, and productivity are consistently achieved for our assets in the field
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of Supervision or Quality Assurance experience in a similar role
  • People management and development experience
  • Strong focus on customer service and conflict management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
