Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Real Estate Manager to lead our facilities and real estate services team across our regions' offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and liaise with external suppliers for office supplies, equipment, and building maintenance.
  • Manage travel processes, including external suppliers and vendors, and provide support to team members.
  • Oversight of the reception area, ensuring clients and visitors are greeted and processes are in place for sites without a personnel-based reception.
  • Support event setup and provide team oversight to junior resources providing facilities and administrative support.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or office management.
  • Experience managing people and teams.
  • Working knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be flexible in rapidly changing situations.
