Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

As a key member of our EBR team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement and advocacy
- Manage and optimize campaigns within Google Ads, including keyword lists, ad copy, bid strategies, and budgets
- Design and execute retargeting strategies and campaigns to drive conversions
- Contribute to improving our SEO through content generation and onsite optimization
- Grow our social media presence and assist with community engagement
- Manage offline channel execution, including direct and brand activation/experiential marketing
- Partner with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns
- Assist with the messaging and execution of above-the-line brand campaigns
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to scale marketing activity and drive efficiencies
- Work across various marketing automation, digital platforms, and social channels to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Product Marketing owners to maintain and optimize messaging, promotion, and channel mix for strategic product categories
- Work cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, Creative Agencies, and Pricing Strategy initiatives to achieve financial targets and strategic goals
- Continuously develop and optimize promotions to drive growth and adhere to dynamic compliance and authenticity standards
- Work closely with Email Marketing Specialist on the execution of email marketing strategy and test plans
- Optimize processes and interaction models to ensure efficiency and alignment across teams
- Utilize complex data to measure and improve performance of online and offline marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in online gaming
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful campaigns that drive customer engagement and advocacy
- Data analysis and tagging skills with an analytical mindset to derive insights from data and make intelligent decisions
- Proficiency in Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce, and HTML/WordPress
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Hands-on email marketing experience an advantage
- CRM management and campaign automation skills
- Working with list providers and managing subscription-based databases
- Content marketing and social media account management skills, including Facebook Business Manager
- Active in staying up-to-date with new trends, technologies, and emerging opportunities
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple complex projects at once
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think analytically and use data to make informed recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
