- Collaborate with patients, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- A minimum of two years post-qualification experience working in a hospital setting or health-related environment.
- Sound comprehensive assessment and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain at your own expense.
