Supportive Social Care Professionals Wanted

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our Social Work Inpatient Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and busy hospital environment, providing high-quality care to patients through clinical skills, effective communication, and active participation within a multidisciplinary team environment.
The successful candidate will be a member or eligibility of the AASW or working towards completion of their Social Work qualification, with excellent skills in communication and understanding of the hospital environment and service system. They will be able to provide quality care to patients through their clinical skills, effective communication, and active participation within a multidisciplinary team environment.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive Social Work Department, who are committed to the continuing professional development of their entire staff. You will be responsible for providing quality care to patients, through clinical skills, effective communication, and active participation within a multidisciplinary team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Member or eligibility of the AASW or working towards completion of your Social Work qualification
- Excellent skills in communication and understanding of the hospital environment and service system
Additional Requirements: You must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
