Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Repco, Australia's leading automotive aftermarket parts and accessories company. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the sales performance of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide genuine service to customers, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.
  • Have a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
Requirements
  • A flexible availability, particularly for weekday work, and hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Able to work other days if requested.
  • Able to build effective customer relationships and be an expert to talk to.
  • Excellent selling skills, contributing to the sales performance of the store.

Salary Information

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
