Job Overview

Our company specializes in solar photovoltaic energy and battery storage systems, operating globally across the renewable energy value chain.

We manage over 1.1 GW of O&M assets worldwide, including 500 MW in Australia, contributing to our global EPC footprint of 2.6 GW.

The Role
  • Manage and optimize control systems for solar generation assets
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers for SCADA and automation systems
  • Monitor performance and diagnose faults across SCADA, PLCs, and data communication pathways
  • Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot control, electrical, and networking issues
  • Ensure compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory standards
  • Support system upgrades, network expansions, and technical documentation
  • Maintain the safeguarding of passwords and system locking details
  • Create maintenance reports
  • Find and fix faults, and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, control systems, or mechatronic engineering
  • 3+ years' experience in control systems and industrial network management
  • Proficiency in fault finding, SCADA, HMI interfaces, PLC programming, and IP-based communications
  • Familiarity with network tools, topologies, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for sustainability and team collaboration
  • Compliance with SOCI act requirements for critical workers
  • Driver's license and ability to travel across Australia if needed
