The Role

We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a O&M SCADA and I&C Technician to join our O&M team in a Full-Time working options

Responsibilities
  • Managing and optimizing control systems for solar generation assets.
  • Overseeing network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers for SCADA and automation systems
  • Monitoring performance and diagnosing faults across SCADA, PLCs, and data communication pathways
  • Collaborating with technicians to troubleshoot control, electrical, and networking issues
  • Ensuring compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory standards
  • Supporting system upgrades, network expansions, and technical documentation
  • Safeguarding of Passwords and system locking details.
  • Maintenance of systems
  • Creating maintenance reports
  • Fault finding and preparation of RCA.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering—or equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in control systems and industrial network management
  • Fault finding proficiency in SCADA, HMI interfaces, PLC programming, and IP-based communications
  • Familiarity with network tools, topologies, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for sustainability and team collaboration
  • Compliant with SOCI act requirements for Critical workers.
  • Drivers Licence and ability to travel across Australia if needed.
