The Role
We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a O&M SCADA and I&C Technician to join our O&M team in a Full-Time working options
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing control systems for solar generation assets.
- Overseeing network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers for SCADA and automation systems
- Monitoring performance and diagnosing faults across SCADA, PLCs, and data communication pathways
- Collaborating with technicians to troubleshoot control, electrical, and networking issues
- Ensuring compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory standards
- Supporting system upgrades, network expansions, and technical documentation
- Safeguarding of Passwords and system locking details.
- Maintenance of systems
- Creating of maintenance reports
- Fault finding and preparation of RCA.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering—or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in control systems and industrial network management
- Fault finding proficiency in SCADA, HMI interfaces, PLC programming, and IP-based communications
- Familiarity with network tools, topologies, and cybersecurity best practices
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for sustainability and team collaboration
- Compliant with SOCI act requirements for Critical workers.
- Drivers Licence and ability to travel across Australia if needed.
