Job Overview

The company aims to make Tasmania the epicenter of new world whisky. As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will elevate the brand's position as the leader in new world luxury whisky by delivering strategic channel growth, brand excellence, and partnerships.

You will join the organization at a pivotal time, preparing to launch a refreshed portfolio and new brand positioning, setting the stage for the next era of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Own sales and marketing strategies, manage P&L, and lead channel planning and forecasting.
  • Channel Management: Build Joint Business Plans with key retailers, manage distributor relationships, and oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
  • Brand Execution: Deliver premium brand experiences through POS, activations, and training across key airports and retail locations.
  • Insights & Reporting: Analyze performance, track investment efficiency, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
