About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Social Media Specialist to join our growing Content and Communications team. As a hybrid role, you will split your time between working from home and working from our Sydney HQ.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating engaging content and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality content for our social media channels, including social-first assets, blogs, videos, and podcasts.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize our content and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute a social media strategy that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting our content and strategy accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, understanding their challenges and needs, and creating content that resonates with them.
  • Coordinate our fortnightly customer newsletter and other comms to communicate directly with our customers.
