Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This position involves driving digital transformation initiatives for government customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for evolving and shaping integration strategies, architectures, platforms, and standards.

They will provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain.

Leading and mentoring the integration team through complex delivery projects is also a key responsibility.

Expertise in MuleSoft and Confluent will be crucial in specifying and publishing standards around APIs and Integrations.

Transforming business requirements into solution architecture specifications is an essential part of this role.

Collaboration with other functions across IT & business to ensure consistency and quality of solutions is also required.

Designing reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects is another key task.

Mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers is also necessary.

Effective communication is vital, and maintaining transparent communication channels is essential.

A strong understanding of business processes, pain points, and customer experience is necessary to design effective solutions.
