We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that align with business objectives. This involves evaluating business needs, selecting the right technologies, ensuring seamless system integration, and providing technical leadership across projects.

The successful Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing end-to-end architectural solutions that align with business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices. They will define architectural blueprints, standards, and roadmaps to guide implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and optimised for performance and cost.

The role requires evaluating and recommending technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs. The Solutions Architect will design and oversee system integration strategies to ensure seamless interoperability across applications, databases, and third-party services. They will also ensure architectural solutions adhere to cloud, security, and data governance policies.

The Solutions Architect will work closely with various functions and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. They will partner with vendors to ensure architectural integrity throughout solutions and services offered. Additionally, they will provide leadership on emerging technologies and architectural trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end architectural solutions that align with business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Define architectural blueprints, standards, and roadmaps to guide implementation.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimised for performance and cost.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs.
  • Design and oversee system integration strategies to ensure seamless interoperability across applications, databases, and third-party services.
  • Ensure architectural solutions adhere to cloud, security, and data governance policies.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in IT (with 3+ years in architecture roles).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
