  • Maintain agile ceremonies (planning, showcases, retros) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between sponsors, subject matter experts, and delivery teams, facilitating collaboration.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business cases and transition-to-scale decisions.
  • Develop transparent reporting dashboards, recommending next steps (progress, pivot, pause).
Requirements:
  • Strong background in product management, project delivery, or both, with a focus on digital innovation.
  • Experience working with emerging technologies, transformation, or digital innovation.
  • PRACTICAL application of Human Centred Design and agile delivery methods.
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with ambiguity, while prioritizing user value and delivery risk.
  • Strategic thinker who balances business objectives, user needs, and delivery imperatives.
