About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They will also be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by maintaining a clean and organized store layout and adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
