- We have an immediate need for a self-driven and committed Customer Service Representative to join our successful Atherstone Sales team.- As the Customer Service Representative, you will partner closely with the Sales team to provide exceptional customer service at all stages of their journey in order to achieve project KPI's. You will also perform general administration duties including working alongside the marketing, development and key builder partners to ensure the successful operation and support of the sales function. This a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday.- With an ability to demonstrate strong experience in customer service, reception or administrative duties, you will have had previous experience in the property industry. This must be complimented with a customer focused approach and attitude. Having an Agents Rep and some experience with a CRM system will be highly desirable for this role but not necessary.In return you will be provided with a clearly defined career trajectory in Sales, whilst providing the necessary training and professional development that will challenge and reward you alike.- Lendlease is a diverse, flexible, and inclusive employer of choice.
