Digital Experience Transformation Lead

About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and transform the Digital Experience Optimisation function at our organisation. As a Chapter Lead for Digital Experience Optimisation, you will oversee a team of specialists who focus on optimising digital experiences to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and business growth.


Main Responsibilities
  • Define the vision and roadmap for best-in-class digital experience optimisation and website publishing operations.
  • Drive the effective use of platforms and identify opportunities to uplift capability to deliver against the vision.
  • Represent the Digital Experience Optimisation function at key leadership forums and influence stakeholders to embed experimentation and personalisation practices within wider digital projects.
  • Manage third-party vendors and build strong relationships with suppliers to implement improvements to insights programmes while delivering cost-savings in the long-term.
  • Ensure operations adhere to regulatory requirements and manage risks while streamlining operations and ensuring effective quality controls are in place.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of specialists and oversee resource planning, performance management, and capability building within the chapter.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and passion for finding solutions to challenging problems.
  • Significant experience in digital analytics, experience optimisation, or digital strategy roles with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex problems using structured analytical frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills, including influencing and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing risk and compliance in an ever-evolving context.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and budget management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, particularly through storytelling.
