About the Role:

As a key member of the Marriott Hotels team, you will have the opportunity to lead by example and inspire excellence in our Executive Club Lounge. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the Club Lounge service period, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
  • Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
  • Fuel guest's curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
  • Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor empowering and supporting your team
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
  • Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

About You:

  • An up to date RSA
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role
