HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an APS3 Level Support Services Coordinator to join our State/Territory-based Service Delivery team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participant engagement and managing participant plans and supports in a collaborative team environment.

Located in Charlestown NSW, this role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

Salary: $73,960 per annum (based on 37.5 hours/week) (approximately $37.36/hour)

Benefits:

  • 11.5% superannuation
  • Hybrid work environment with two days in the office
  • Full-time position with Monday to Friday working hours
  • Competitive pay rate reflecting expertise and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality customer service as the initial point of contact for participants and stakeholders
  2. Support participants attending in-person appointments, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience
  3. Resolve straightforward enquiries using provided resources and guidance
  4. Manage team email inboxes, calendars, and appointment scheduling to meet deadlines
  5. Process delegate tasks and provide administrative support
  6. Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and maintain records and data
  7. Assist with travel arrangements, invoice processing, and respond to property or maintenance requests

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to provide clear advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer Service Focus: Skilled in delivering professional support for participants and handling high volumes of enquiries effectively
  • Attention to Detail: Experienced in managing email inboxes, scheduling, and processing administrative tasks accurately
  • Organisational Skills: Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload within deadlines
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support peers in a fast-paced environment
