About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Allambi Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a critical role in providing direct care to clients in various settings, including houses, schools, hospitals, community centers, and emergency accommodation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide around-the-clock care, following a structured routine tailored to their needs.
  • Administer medication and transport clients to and from school, day programs, and appointments.
  • Assist in implementing programs designed for client development and report writing.

Requirements

  • A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check, and First Aid Certificate.
  • A National Police Check and a current driver's license.
  • A vehicle that can transport up to 4 people and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Ability to work a 7-day shift work roster and willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks.
