About the Role

This is a Policy Officer role with Transport NSW, a leading company in Australia, where you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting issues related to freight and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of freight policy initiatives and reforms.
  • Research and analyze complex policy issues, identifying emerging trends and developing evidence-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the cluster and industry to identify needs and develop policy options.
  • Work on a 12-month temporary opportunity with the potential to extend.

About You:

We're looking for proactive individuals with exceptional written communication skills, who can work collaboratively across the team. Some experience in a Policy role in government is desirable, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.
