Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial and contractual acumen, with experience managing budgets, contracts, variations, and risk.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-compliance construction projects.
Main Responsibilities- Oversight of daily operational activities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensuring delivery meets financial, compliance, and quality targets.
- Collaboration with project teams to drive outcomes across all project phases.
- LLabour planning and resource allocation, including recruitment of site-based personnel.
- Supporting estimating processes by reviewing scopes, pricing strategies, and methodologies.
- Management of contracts, variations, claims, and risk assessments.
- Tracking project performance and budget adherence through accurate reporting.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, commercial, or project delivery roles within the civil or construction industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.
- Valid White Card and driver's license required; prior experience with civil or remedial projects desirable.
