Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple regions, driving growth and stability in our business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to take ownership of financial performance and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and accounting across multiple entities.
- Oversee processes to ensure timely payments and accurate inventory management.
- Monitor and reconcile transactions, integrating systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process intercompany charges and manage foreign currency transactions.
- Prepare and review payroll, Business Activity Statements, and other statutory reports.
- Deliver accurate reporting, analysis, and cash flow forecasting, working closely with senior leadership.
Maintain company records, ensuring compliance with taxation and statutory requirements.
Design, document, and continuously improve finance procedures and processes.
About You- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar financial management or controller role.
- Advanced skills in Xero and Excel; ERP experience advantageous.
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, foreign currency management, and compliance requirements.
