People Partner Manager

Lead strategic people initiatives and drive change in a fast-paced, highly regulated work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration between functional and property leaders to deliver a strategic people agenda.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure the People agenda is a priority, meeting unique group or department needs.
  • Develop financially sound recommendations for People & Performance initiatives.
  • Coach and empower leaders to perform, educating them on the People operating model.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a People Advisory role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organisational Development.
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing, and communication skills to build leadership teams.
  • Demonstrates a proactive business partnership, driven by a self-starter mindset and can-do attitude.
