Lifecycle Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of lifecycle programs within the acquisition phase of the learner lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize the acquisition lifecycle marketing strategy to attract, nurture, and convert future learners.
- Manage contact and segmentation strategy, ensuring compelling messages reach the right audience at the right time.
- Collaborate with the wider business on cross-channel journey alignment to deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the content strategy for nurture programs, craft compelling email and SMS copy.
- Manage, update, and craft targeted email marketing templates for nurture, triggered emails, and in support of Advisory.
- Optimize lifecycle through automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Evaluate campaign and program performance, embrace experimentation, and provide regular performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and marketing legislation, safeguarding brand reputation.
- A strong track record in lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.
- Proven experience in building and executing complex journeys that encompass multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Braze.
- Skilled at developing emotionally personalized campaigns and driving conversion across various touchpoints.
- Technical proficiency in all aspects of campaign creation and management, with the ability to troubleshoot HTML problems or data issues.
- Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting and data management.
- Deep understanding of CRM (data fields/structures) and their application within lifecycle marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in an evolving environment.
- Ability to collaborate and influence people across the business.
- Able to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
