Job Summary

A senior delivery lead is sought to oversee projects from inception to completion. This involves driving compliance, safety, and quality throughout the project lifecycle while managing budgets, programs, and scope.

  • Oversee multiple projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff in a leadership capacity.
  • Ensure effective management of projects, focusing on strategic planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Establish key performance indicators for each project to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing exceptional communication and customer service.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff, promoting professional development and growth.
  6. Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in commercial construction, preferably within Australia.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
