This is a senior legal advisor position that offers the opportunity to work on high-end project work across Australia. The role involves advising clients on native title issues, major projects, and mining work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on native title issues, major projects, and mining work;
  • Working closely with the corporate practice on project life cycles, including environmental and native title issues;
  • Developing strong drafting skills and thinking outside the box to deliver quality work outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years' post-admission experience in planning and environment law, corporate, energy, and resources, or high-end property law, solid academics from an LLB program, strong drafting skills, and ability to think creatively.
