A unique opportunity exists for a dynamic consultant to join a boutique consulting firm as Lead Consultant and future owner. This role offers immediate leadership in governance and people & performance consulting, along with a profit-sharing pathway leading to full ownership within three years.

The successful candidate will possess a strong aptitude and proven track record in identifying and securing not-for-profit (NFP) consulting projects, as well as the ambition to grow a thriving NFP consultancy practice. Senior-level experience within the NFP sector is also essential.

This position provides access to proven products, repeat clients, and strategic growth plans, allowing the right individual to make a meaningful impact in the NFP sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading governance and people & performance consulting initiatives
  • Securing new NFP consulting projects and developing business growth strategies
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders and partners
