Coles Group Graduate program is designed to help you grow and make an impact.

You will play a key role in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers; and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or hold a permanent residency at the time of application.
  • Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.
  • Technology stream only: We also accept applicants from those on a 485 Graduate Visa (or who will have this visa by October 2026).
