- Assisting with coordinating meetings and appointments with clients
- Data entry and producing data reports
- Completing file audits
- Providing administrative support to the team as required

Qualifications
The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:
- Completion of, or in the process of completing, an undergraduate health-related tertiary qualification
- Certificate/qualification in health management
- Experience working in medical reception/administration or working in an Executive Assistant or Professional Support Assistant role
