Healthcare Administrator

We are seeking a part-time healthcare administrator to work approximately 14-18 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and offer flexibility to cover shifts when needed.

They must possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a good telephone manner.

Knowledge of HICAPS, EFTPOS, and Medicare procedures is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
  • Managing appointments, schedules, and communication with patients.

Requirements:

  • Part-time availability (approximately 14-18 hours per week).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.
