You will be a key member of the Management team that leads both the Logan and North Lakes store as Market People & Culture Manager. Your responsibilities include implementing the Co-worker Relations plan and ensuring labour relations principles are followed at a unit level.

  • Execute operational plans and guidelines to secure the Global and Country People Strategy.
  • Establish excellence within the Queensland market through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Develop a robust relationship with the Market Manager, providing specialist knowledge and business partnering.
  • Lead and develop the store People and Culture team to deliver an exceptional Co-Worker experience in innovative ways.

As Market People & Culture Manager, you must:

  • Be passionate and driven to lead and create an engaging Co-worker experience.
  • Have strong business acumen and understanding of long-term business strategies.
  • Influence and steer the business on key people topics with Unit Management team collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and address workforce challenges, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of People & Culture experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience in people manager roles.
  • Proven experience in managing staff budgets according to business needs.
  • Coaching and securing successors by influencing leaders to focus on developing talents.
