Job Overview
Perth & Kinross Council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Gaelic Playgroup Leader to lead our Croileagan in the City of Perth. The successful candidate will work in partnership with Goodlyburn Primary School and Gaelic Development to promote Gaelic education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Gaelic Playgroup and develop engaging activities that promote Gaelic language and culture
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration with educational programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to promote Gaelic arts, crafts, and culture
Requirements:
- Fluent Gaelic speaker with experience working with children and families
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range £4,879 - £5,142 per annum (pro rata for 7 hours per week)
