Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our Perioperative Services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless booking of patients for procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled and supportive team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing reception administrative duties, data entry into our Patient Administrative System (PAS), and liaising with doctor's rooms and nursing staff to ensure correct patient and procedure details are obtained.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to provide high standards of customer service to our patients, family members, nursing staff, and medical officers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording and delivery of messages
- Liaise with doctor's rooms and nursing staff to obtain correct patient and procedure details
- Perform data entry into our Patient Administrative System (PAS)
- Provide excellent communication and time management skills in a team environment
Requirements:
- Proven clerical experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
