Job Opportunity:

The team has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Contract Management Specialist to join their Commercial and Partnerships unit. This role manages a new collaborative contract for Mechanical, Electrical and Control Systems (MECS) maintenance services, Fleet contracts, Facilities Management contracts, and various Professional Services contracts.

Maintenance Services delivers over 100,000 maintenance activities each year. The role will develop and execute the contract management plan, overseeing and improving payment claims processes, managing contract variation and claims, identifying, reporting, and mitigating contract risks.

  • Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Engineering, Logistics or relevant field is preferred.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Contract Management or equivalent is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in contract management in a complex organisation, from procurement to completion, is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract law and best practice contract management is necessary.
  • Experience in Alliance, Collaborative, pain/gain share contracts is advantageous.
