Whether negotiating contracts, managing vendors, or forecasting requirements, your role is crucial to getting our products to those who need them most faster and more efficiently than ever before.

What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of procurement professionals, you'll oversee company real estate, facility management, and operations globally as well as procurement activities and systems that support business and operations in compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational activities ranging from lifecycle management of buildings to recommending future office space utilization strategies.
  • Support procurement activities in category management, purchasing of goods and services, working with internal customers to define contract terms, management of procure-to-pay systems, driving best practices, etc.

Key Deliverables

  • Identify ways of improving procurement processes, tools, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and proactive engagement in opportunities.
  • Manage and develop supplier relationships across assigned categories and ensure appropriate risk management is undertaken.
  • Plan inventory management for all materials.
  • Act as site coordinator and liaison between client groups, suppliers, the appropriate sourcing teams, and others.
  • Follow the performance of main suppliers, in relationship with internal customers.
  • Take a lead role in local and regional client relationship management with senior stakeholders.
  • MEDIATE to resolve service-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Seek and leverage opportunities across the goal network of commodities and support financial analysis activities.
  • Ensure all supply channels conform to quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with quality control team to ensure materials available in stock conform for future use.
  • Develop impactful short- and long-term solutions for customers and proactively engage with them.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance, review deviations, identify corrective action, change control, procedures, and necessary training.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedure (SOP).
  • Motivate and develop self and others to drive the business forward.
