About this Opportunity

This role supports our National HR Team in attracting and retaining top talent to drive business growth. This is a full-time position.

What does success look like?

  • Identify and implement bespoke sourcing channels to attract and pipeline talent for current and future workforce needs, focusing on social media and passive talent market.
  • Engage in proactive headhunting and innovative recruitment techniques to source qualified professionals.
  • Use data, metrics, and external market insights to inform decisions.
  • Partner with preferred external partners to supplement the company's talent needs.
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador promoting our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Experience in recruitment from an in-house background or similar settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract talent in the aged care, allied health, and healthcare market.
  • Track record of leveraging various sourcing channels to attract diverse talent, including search methodologies using social and professional networks.
  • Outstanding communication skills with coaching leaders to achieve great hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
