Healthcare Portfolio Manager

A seasoned banker is sought to manage a Healthcare portfolio with a strong business development focus. This is a permanent full-time opportunity in Barangaroo.

The Role:

Our team provides deep industry expertise and supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists, and support teams. As a Healthcare Portfolio Manager, you'll drive growth, source new clients through your own and bank-developed marketing initiatives, and maintain a high-quality referral network. You'll ensure our existing customers' needs are met and deliver a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of large business connections with lending and a focus on winning new-to-bank customers.
  • Collaborate with various bank specialists to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead coaching and mentoring for your team and have a high profile and strong market presence externally.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in corporate & commercial lending.
  • Strong credit skills and experience with complex deal structuring.
  • Supportive team of analysts and portfolio managers.
  • Proven track record in business development, including acquiring new-to-bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources and brokers.
  • Comfort originating home lending needs as part of the overall funding proposition.
