This is a part-time role in our audiology clinic. We are seeking a meticulous, driven and passionate customer service professional to help improve the hearing and quality of life for valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes through close collaboration with clinicians and hearing technicians.
  • Gain knowledge about our products, services, and government funding programs.
  • Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
  • Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients on their hearing journey.
