We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team as a Bank Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a frontline banking team and setting the standard for customer service excellence.

As a Bank Manager, you will be the driving force behind your branch's success. You will hold accountability for compliance and risk management, drive customer acquisition and retention, lead and uplift frontline staff through training and performance management, and drive results that have a positive impact on overall branch performance.

Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, preferably gained in a retail banking environment, and proven experience of holding accountability for risk and compliance, staff performance, and customer experience. They will also have high energy, the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, and experience of working to fulfill business performance targets and spur growth.
