  In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the Small Business Banking team in Hamilton team that's doubling down on customer obsession.
  
  In this Small Business Banker role, you will
  • Drive retention and growth of existing small business customers and acquire new business through external relationships.
  • Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy, promoting NAB as a bank of choice.
  • Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million, agribusiness lending requests up to $1m and home lending up to $5 million.
  • Create strong and lasting partnerships with our branch colleagues, the wider NAB group and externally with referral networks and brokers.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business to NAB.
  • Provide expertise and insights about business options whilst tempered with a balance for risk for growth and innovation.
    
    
  We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
  • Enthusiastic energy and a passion for customer service.
  • Business and/or Retail/Lending banking and financial experience.
  • Excellent understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge.
  • Strong customer and relationship management.
  • Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
