Policy Project Management Role

The Manager Policy, Advocacy, and Projects leads the organization's systemic advocacy, law reform, community legal education, and project activities. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing these efforts in collaboration with other team members.
The role provides leadership and management to a team of staff and holds individual responsibility for day-to-day management, supervision, and support of colleagues.
The Manager Policy, Advocacy, and Projects contributes to the organization's management team and supports the successful achievement of the strategic plan and key reporting obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing systemic advocacy, law reform, community legal education, and project activities
- Leading and managing a team of staff in close collaboration with other team members
