As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for effective policy development and implementation, stakeholder management, and administrative tasks. You will coordinate projects, manage correspondence, distribute information to stakeholders, and maintain databases.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing strategic advice, undertaking project management activities to support policy development and implementation.
  • Program and project delivery, identifying risks and issues. Developing and implementing programs, including detailed planning and delivery.
  • Effective administrative support, including planning, budgeting, and reporting, contract management, briefing papers, and presentations.
  • Stakeholder management, providing advice, support, and building partnerships.
  • Procurement responsibilities, ensuring correct analysis is undertaken and appropriate approval sought.
  • Diary management, coordination of meetings, preparing material and documents for meetings and events.
  • Experience and knowledge in supporting program management and customer service.
  • A high level of planning, organizational, and communication skills.
