ICT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting services for complex technology systems.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide video conferencing/AV support for high-level meetings and events.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and audio/visual equipment.
- Monitor the team mailbox and respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- iOS Mobile Device Management (MDM) configuration, administration, and training.
- Create knowledge guides for end-users and technical articles for ICT administrators.
- Travel interstate to assist with ministerial office setups, decommissions, and relocations.
- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotational roster.
- Requirements:
- A customer-focused approach to work and genuine enthusiasm for helping people with technology.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical / technical problem-solving skills across a wide range of technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
