Key Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental assurance activities including audits, inspections and control checks
  • Support environment compliance with legislation, regulations and project standards
  • Mentor field crews and leadership teams to embed sustainability into daily operations
  • Manage environmental incidents and lead investigations with corrective actions
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and regulators to maintain high environmental standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering Management or related field
  • Solid experience in operational or major project environments
  • Experience in road transport sector is highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ICAM Lead Investigator and Auditor Training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid C class drivers' licence and construction white card
