This senior sustainability consultant role involves leading and delivering high-impact projects, mentoring others, and driving industry-leading best practices across Green Star, WELL, NABERS, NatHERS and Climate Active.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver sustainability consulting services in a client-facing role
  • Bring established clients to continue strengthening partnerships and ESD service offering
  • Oversee preparation of sustainability reports
  • Conduct life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight, and carbon modelling
  • Undertake NCC Section J compliance reviews
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in ESD consulting in the Australian market
  • RPEQ or willingness to obtain
  • Accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active preferred
  • Technical expertise in building physics and sustainable design principles
  • Experience with thermal/energy modelling software and sustainability frameworks (e.g. ISC, ESG, GRI)
  • Understanding of Australian carbon reporting (e.g. NGER), climate risk, and adaptation planning
