We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Design and Drafting team, responsible for designing and detailing all aspects of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our Transport, Local Government & Development and Water teams for all infrastructure design solutions relating to roads, transport structures, water and wastewater infrastructure projects, local roads, stormwater design, municipal and urban development projects.
  • Apply proficiency in modelling and drafting using 12d Model, AutoCAD and AutoTurn.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineers to design and draft for a wide range of infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience utilising AutoCAD and 12d Model.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years civil design experience in one or more of the following areas: road reconstruction, local road and LATM design, public realm design, land division design, bulk earthworks and stormwater design and water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • A working knowledge of Austroads and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Experience in design for State Government Road authorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a strong focus on the production of quality outputs.
