System Integration Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in the design and optimization of defense systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring security and shaping the future of space defense.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration of complex systems and capabilities across multiple platforms.
  • Develop strategies for optimizing shared space resources and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.
  • Analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability.
  • Manage integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Monitor system performance and address issues related to shared space capabilities.
  • Communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A US or Australian citizen.
  • Active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Proven experience in systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical information.
  • Familiarity with system testing and validation techniques.
