The Role: The successful candidate will join a leading Banking & Finance team, advising on a wide range of complex transactional matters including corporate, acquisition and leveraged finance, debt restructuring, and JV structures.
The lawyer will be exposed to both domestic and cross-border transactions, and involves drafting and negotiating key finance documentation, managing deal execution, and advising on structuring and regulatory aspects.
2-4 years' PQE; Strong banking & finance experience; Strong academic background; Willingness to attend business development events; Strong drafting and negotiation skills; Client-focused; Technically excellent; Flexible and collaborative team player.
