About the Role

This Security Supervisor position is responsible for providing a security presence, remaining alert and focused, and working as part of an enthusiastic and customer-focused team. Key duties include:

  • Managing and maintaining site databases
  • Assisting with personnel rostering
  • Compiling and sending weekly reports
  • Maintaining up-to-date site standing orders and communicating policy changes
  • Ensuring site training requirements are met and records are kept
  • Reporting incidents and taking appropriate actions
  • Meeting KPIs and providing detailed reports
  • Managing employee-related matters and attending site stakeholder meetings
  • Performing duties as directed by MSS management

Requirements

  • 12 months of security industry experience
  • Certificate II in Security Operations and security license
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Open driver's license
  • High-level computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • Integrity and sound judgment
  • Minimum of NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
